9:30am-6:30pm
Pay Rate:
$24/hr

Athena experience preferred About the Role We're looking for a Patient Care Specialist (PCS) to join our East Point clinic. The PCS is the first point of contact for our patients—both in person and over the phone—and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience. You'll work closely with our clinical team to ensure patients receive excellent service and seamless care. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ What You'll Do Greet and welcome patients and visitors Check patients in and out Verify insurance and collect co‑pays Schedule appointments and update patient information Make daily outreach calls for appointment reminders Answer multi‑line phones and follow urgent/emergent protocols Handle medical records requests and general office tasks Provide excellent customer service and help resolve patient concerns Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines Participate in team huddles and meetings What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service or medical office experience Strong communication and people skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced clinic Comfortable with multi‑line phones and EMR systems Athena experience preferred High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) 13 paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) ‎
Compensation:
$19.00 to $28.50
