Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient/Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience by coordinating care plans, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. This position requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of dental terminology, and proficiency in dental insurance verification and benefits explanation. Responsibilities Making an excellent first impression Answering questions and providing information regarding dental services and procedures. Explaining dental insurance benefits and limitations. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with general front desk duties Verify insurance information and assist with dental billing processes Submit and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations Presenting payment options and problem-solving payment obstacles. Working with co-workers to construct productive and well-coordinated days (we have great systems to help us run on time!) Requirements Familiarity with insurance verification processes, and dental PPO insurance plans Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse patient populations. Open Dental experience is a Bonus but not required Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to ensure a positive patient experience.
