Customer Service Representative Our Therapy department is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role provides for the opportunity to interact with patients and clinicians as we strive to deliver an excellent experience to each person that we encounter. You will also communicate with Insurance companies to verify benefits of patients as well as utilize scheduling software to maintain daily schedules in the clinic.
