THOSE WITH DENTAL EXPERIENCE WILL BE
CONSIDERED and Eaglesoft experience highly preferred.• Our pediatric dental practice is seeking an
EXPERIENCED
front desk coordinator Monday - Thursday (approx. 7:40am-5 pm). The ideal reliable candidate would be able to multitask in a fast pace, fun, enthusiastic, team-oriented environment and, obviously, must love working around children! Responsibilities would include but are not limited to: Greet all patients with a friendly and welcoming attitude Answer phones and schedule patients Confirm next day appointments and fill openings in the schedule Check in new patients and review new patient paperwork. Enter information into Eaglesoft, including all phone numbers. Scan ID cards Confirm insurance eligibility and benefits Check out patients and review copay/balances and treatment plans. Check and respond to emails and voicemails in a timely manner Attach referrals and x-rays from other offices to Eaglesoft chart and email to Dr. Contact other offices about referral reason/x-ray/history Maintain reception area and bathroom before lunch and at the end of day Call lab for impression pickups and call patients to schedule when they come back Scan referral reports that arrive in the mail from specialists.
