M-F; 9:30am-5:30pm Energetic & positive personality Excellent oral & written communication skills Excels in multi-tasking & organization Team-player attitude The front office staff are the face of the practice and are responsible for the following: Greeting visitors, vendors, and patients Checking patients in and out of procedures and appointments Scheduling patient procedures and appointments Faxing, printing, copying, scanning, data entry Answering incoming calls, text messages, and emails in professional manner Maintaining patient confidentiality Collecting and recording payments Ordering and stocking office inventory Light cleaning and pick-up of office as needed
