Position:

1099 Independent Contractor Golden Tower Cleaning is seeking an experienced, dependable Floor Cleaner for a professional medical office in Snellville. You will NOT clean this facility alone. You will work with 2 other cleaners as part of a 3-person cleaning team. Cleaning duties are divided among all 3 team members, and you will be responsible for your assigned portion of the cleaning. Your primary duties will be detailed vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. Once your assigned work is complete, team members are expected to help one another as needed. No stripping, waxing, buffing, or burnishing is required for this position. Responsibilities Thoroughly vacuum assigned areas corner to corner Wear and operate a commercial backpack vacuum Move chairs and lightweight/movable items to vacuum underneath and behind them Vacuum edges, corners, underneath furniture, and other easily missed areas Properly mop assigned floors and change mop water when it becomes dirty Pull trash and replace liners Keep the backpack vacuum clean and check/change bags as needed Double-check your work — no shortcuts Assist your teammates as needed after completing your assigned duties Requirements Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience Experience with detailed vacuuming and mopping Must have your own reliable vehicle — no rideshare transportation Must have a working mobile phone Must be comfortable wearing and operating a backpack vacuum Must be dependable and available Monday-Friday at 6:00 PM Medical/healthcare cleaning experience is a plus Local Applicants Preferred Because this is a short evening shift 5 days per week , we strongly prefer applicants who live or already work in Snellville or within approximately 15-20 minutes of the job site. A long daily commute may not be practical when considering travel time and fuel costs. Please check the commute shown on Indeed before applying. We are looking for someone who can realistically maintain this schedule long-term. Reliability & Quality We need someone dependable who takes pride in their work. Frequent call-outs or repeated last-minute absences will not work for this position. Quality comes before speed. We need someone who cleans thoroughly and does not rush or take shortcuts. Pay $300 per month via direct deposit $150 on the 15th and $150 on the last day of the month. If a pay date falls on a weekend, payment is made the Friday before.
