Overview:
We are seeking a Patient Access Representative to support front‑desk operations at MedCura Health. This role requires strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for patients from the time they arrive through the completion of their visit.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred Experience in healthcare or front‑office settings is beneficial Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with EHR systems and office software Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and visitors upon arrival and provide clear direction as needed. Register patients and verify information including insurance details and required documentation. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to help maintain timely operations. Answer incoming calls, address general inquiries, and provide information about available services. Process patient payments and issue receipts for completed transactions. Maintain accurate records in the EHR system in accordance with organizational standards. Ensure compliance with privacy and security requirements including HIPAA and related regulations.
