To register all patients with Meditech for service at URMC, to interview patients to gather demographic and financial data, obtain Medicare Msp information, inform about Advance Directives and Patients Rights, issue ABN's and to obtain signatures for consent to treat and for other release forms, in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience 1 year clerical and customer service experience Preferred 3 years medical office clerical exp, medical terminology experience, exp w ICD 10 codes License, Certification, etc CPAR, within first year of hire
