Looking for reliable team players who are willing to learn and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. We are a growing multi-group practice that specializes in family medicine, pain management, orthopedics, and urgent care. Seeking Patient Service Representatives to join a team of medical professionals in the Kaneohe area. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in person and on the telephone in a professional and friendly manner Checking in patients for their appointments and collecting insurance co-payments at the time of visits. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing clear information and scheduling appointments efficiently while practicing excellent phone etiquette. Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and facilitate insurance verification processes for Medicare, health insurance plans, and other payers. Schedule patient appointments accurately, coordinate follow-up visits, and manage cancellations or rescheduling requests with attention to clinic flow. Handle medical administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records, updating and verifying insurance coverage Maintain accurate medical records by reviewing documentation for completeness and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. Collaborate with the medical team to deliver quality care in outpatient, and urgent care settings Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a comfortable environment Maintain a clean and organized office environment Skills Proficiency in computerized medical health systems, including patient scheduling and billing software. Strong commuication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain cofidentiality and adhere to HIPAA Standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person while maintaining a professional demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies to ensure patient privacy at all times. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.

Hours of Operation:
Daily 8:00 am - 7:00pm; Must be available to work rotating weekends.
