Walk-Ins Details Job Responsibilities:
Provide support for front desk reception duties for checking in and checking out the patient. Includes high volume public contact, use of multi-tasking skills, and the ability to answer multi-line phones on a consistent basis involving internal and external customers. Copying/scanning/uploading patient documentation into electronic medical record. Gathers demographic data information and enters into the hospital EPIC system. Clinical site support for patient care. Communicates clearly. Ability to stand for longer periods of time. May work EPIC work queues. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Any combination of clerical office experience, undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to one year of full-time employment.
Job Qualifications:
Proficient in basic computer functions. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently. Ability to prioritize tasks. Experience with customer service Pass a Criminal Background Check Experience with direct patient contact Need to be available to attend one EPIC training course as part of onboarding. This is offered every other Friday from 8AM-12

Walk-In Clinics Hours Needed:
Availability between 7AM
- 7PM Monday
- Friday Availability between 7AM
- 5PM Saturday and Sunday Must be able to commit to 1 weekend per month (Saturday & Sunday 7AM
