Patient Coordinator and Optician - Make Great First Impressions At Eye Care Associates, our mission is simple: Take great care of patients! We want our patients to receive excellent care from their very first phone call to our office, throughout their entire experience, until the moment they leave. Knowledge of frames, lenses, and contacts is a plus, but certainly not required — we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training to help you succeed. Our staff is committed to delivering the highest-quality patient care, as well as creating a unique practice environment where you can grow. This position will involve traveling between our Jefferson, Perry and Panora locations , so flexibility and reliability are key.
