ABOUT THE POSITION

We are a small, supportive, alternative medical clinic where teamwork and flexibility are important. All team members are trained on other positions so you'll have the opportunity to learn a variety of responsibilities and jump in wherever you're needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering phones and making outbound calls to patients and other providers Greeting and assisting patients Scheduling appointments Pulling and filing patient charts Handling paperwork and other administrative tasks Collecting payments Sending and receiving faxes and patient emails Ordering and maintaining inventory of supplements Assisting the practitioner when needed Taking patient vitals Maintaining a clean, professional workspace and a warm, welcoming atmosphere

We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys helping others A fast learner who is willing to learn new skills Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Dependable and punctual A positive, hardworking team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable working with computers Able to accurately type 50+ words per minute IV technician experience is not required, but is a BIG plus!

SCHEDULE

Clinic Hours:

(Part-time and full-time arrangements are available) Tuesday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasionally Monday or Friday

COMPENSATION

Starting pay: $17/hour with increase in pay as training on duties is completed We are willing to discuss a higher starting rate for candidates who are IV certified
