Job Description

Mountain Pine Dermatology provides a variety of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services to those in Meridian, Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, Mountain Home, Baker City, OR and surrounding areas. Mountain Pine Dermatology is seeking a Full-Time Medical Office Receptionist to work in our busy and growing dermatology office. Work weeks would be 4 shifts per week. Shifts range from 9-10 hours. We offer occasional catered lunches, and exciting team outings, please apply if you are ready to work on an amazing team where your input matters! This position will be primarily based at our Meridian, ID location. The role requires frequent travel to our Caldwell, ID clinic, as well as occasional travel to our Mountain Home, ID; Baker City, OR; and Emmett, ID locations to support operational needs. The primary responsibilities of this position will be checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, answering phones- to include call center duties, responding to patient text messages and inquiries, collecting payments, and verifying insurance eligibility. Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, and be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Greet patients in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service Schedule and register patients according to established protocols Assist patients in completion of all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance Ensure patient information is accurate Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy Maintain and manage patient records Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries Collect patient payments Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean Respond to patient text messages and inquiries Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience is required. Medical office reception experience preferred. Computer proficiency required

Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure completion of all duties Ability to multi-task Attention to detail Team player mentality
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
