POSITION SUMMARY
The Patient Care Liaison/CNA provides patient care, greets, and talks with patients, family members, and visitors in the department. Assists with a variety of needs during their stay, performing various duties/tasks to support a smooth workflow in the unit and provide an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Required Qualifications Education High school diploma or GED Licenses & Certifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois or EMT-B certification in the State of Illinois American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers certification Preferred Qualifications Experience Prior patient care experience OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
