Job Description

Eye Clinics of Illinois is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a professional who is looking to grow with the company as there is room for advancement within. We are a busy Ophthalmology practice with offices in Palos Heights and near Archer & Harlem. This position requires constant communication with our patients as well as insurance companies. The successful individual will be committed to accurate insurance verification and scheduling and confirming appointments.
Duties included:
  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk activities
  • Utilize computerized systems for patient check-ins and data entry
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with medical coding and billing tasks as needed Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist to contribute to the smooth operation of our medical office while providing exceptional patient care.
