Your experience at least more than a year, energetic and organized approach will ensure a smooth patient intake process, managing appointments, verifying insurance details, and maintaining accurate electronic health records on Axxess precisely. This vital role helps facilitate exceptional patient experiences while supporting the administrative backbone of our healthcare services. Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history Schedule appointments efficiently using patient Axxess management software and EMR/EHR systems Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records in compliance with health regulation policies Assist patients with completing necessary documentation and answer their inquiries via phone or in person Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow and accurate record keeping Manage incoming calls, direct messages, and client communication promptly and courteously Experience Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare administrative support role is highly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication Knowledge of health regulation policies related to patient privacy (e.g., HIPAA compliance) Familiarity with Axxess medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR), and patient management software such as EMR/EHR systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally Understanding of health insurance processes and billing procedures Excellent phone communication skills combined with accurate typing speed for efficient data entryEmbark on a rewarding career where your organizational skills and compassionate approach make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
