Day shift | Full-time | 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Salary:
$19.58 - $26.09 per hour
What You Will Do:
Perform onsite clinical assessments of potential candidates. Coordinate transfer process, working with referral sources, insurance companies, and various healthcare staff and departments. Assist the supervisor with the development and improvement of processes designed to keep referral sources informed of patient status and discharge recommendations. Provide pre-admission assessment, insurance verification, and pre-certification for admission.

Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
Registered Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing preferred. Rehab Therapist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation preferred. Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation preferred.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note:
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred
