What You'll Do:

As a Patient Service Representative in our Call Center, you play a pivotal role in creating a smooth and positive experience for our patients: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, answering questions and scheduling appointments. Accurately manage patient information and insurance verification. Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care. Support office operations with exceptional organization and attention to detail. Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services and policies Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
