As a Radiology Patient Assistant , you'll play an important role in ensuring patients feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout their imaging experience. Working alongside radiologic technologists, nurses, and healthcare professionals, you'll help coordinate patient care, assist with patient transport and preparation, and provide hands-on support that directly contributes to exceptional patient outcomes. What You'll Do:
Assist patients with mobility, comfort, and personal care needs throughout their imaging journey. Safely transport patients to and from radiology procedures and treatment areas. Support radiologic technologists and nursing staff with patient care activities and department operations. Help prepare patients for imaging procedures while providing reassurance and compassionate care. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient care environment. Monitor patient comfort and promptly communicate concerns or changes in condition to clinical staff. Assist with positioning and patient readiness for various imaging exams. Compensation:
