Responsibilities:
+ Owns end-to-end development and execution of patient support programs for the BOTOX Therapeutic franchise- from strategy design through care model performance
- defining clear KPIs and holding the organization accountable to results. + Leads the integrated Patient Services team in U.S. strategy development and tactical execution; chairs care model team meetings to rigorously assess program effectiveness, surface improvement opportunities, and drive better patient outcomes. + Accountable for removing barriers to therapy initiation
- ensuring that every patient who's prescriber has chosen BOTOX Therapeutic has the access, support, and follow-through needed to start and stay on treatment.
