North Chicago, Illinois job type: Contract salary: $18.00 - 20.61 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: High School responsibilities: Perform administrative intake, including faxing, printing, copying, and distributing mail. Enter patient demographics, physician information, and application data into the CRM. Triage incoming applications and conduct initial assessments for missing information. Maintain complete and accurate patient case documentation according to compliance guidelines. Collaborate cross-functionally and assist with seasonal renewal processes or special projects.
qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1 to 3 years of experience within an office or administrative setting. Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction in a solitary environment. Strong attention to detail and physical ability to sit, stand, and carry heavy objects (mail bins). No pre-planned time off within the first 90 days of employment.
Preferred:
Prior experience utilizing CRM software. Basic exposure to medical or pharmacy benefit insurance knowledge. #LI-CV1 skills: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
