Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Patient Collections Representative. This position helps patients understand and resolve balances through accurate account review, respectful communication, payment options, financial-assistance resources, documentation, and follow-through.

Northbrook, IL Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday (onsite)
Compensation:
$23-$29hr based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Review charges, insurance processing, payments, adjustments, secondary coverage, and statements before collection activity. Communicate balances and payment options clearly and respectfully. Establish approved payment plans and support financial-assistance workflows. Process payments and maintain accurate account documentation. Resolve or route disputed balances and follow issues through correct disposition. Protect privacy and comply with approved collection practices.
