100% FTE, Monday-Friday 10:00a-7:00pm, every 6th or 7th Saturday 8:00am-Noon, holiday coverage as needed. Required High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field. Preferred Work Experience 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field. Required 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field. Preferred Experience in providing a high level of customer service. Required Experience operating office machines such as personal computers, fax machines, photocopier, and document scanners.
