Position Requirements Education and Previous Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Hardware/Software Experience Practice management/medical billing computer programs. Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel) Other Characteristics Excellent oral/written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Detailed oriented Ability to set priorities, document conversations and specific actions taken and develop applicable policies and procedures (e.g., regarding collections) Flexible; able to adapt to change Bilingual (Spanish) capabilities a plus RUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data.
