We're a fast-paced orthopedic practice looking for someone who's equal parts organized, patient-focused, and unflappable—because our phones stay busy and every interaction matters. About the
Role:
This full-time position is primarily phone-based , supporting patients across our two office locations. You'll be the first point of contact for many patients, helping them get scheduled, answering questions, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're someone who can stay calm, kind, and efficient— even on the busiest days —we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Answering a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments accurately Assisting patients with general questions, directions, and next steps Verifying demographics and insurance information Supporting front desk operations as needed (check-in/check-out, payments, signatures) Communicating clearly with providers and team members to keep patient care on track
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred Strong computer skills and comfort navigating multiple systems Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Flexibility with workdays and hours, including occasional evenings and rotating weekends A reliable, team-oriented attitude
