In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and administer evidence-based physical therapy interventions as prescribed by referring physicians, establishing goals and adapting treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.

Employer-provided life insurance Essential Functions Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans. Deliver safe, high-quality, and effective therapeutic interventions, ensuring thorough clinical documentation. Routinely reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans in a timely manner to reflect changing clinical needs. Complete clear, concise, and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, billing, and treatment plans. Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises, treatment goals, and home care strategies to encourage long-term recovery. Safely operate therapy equipment and maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment. Collaborate with referring physicians, clinical peers, and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver seamless patient care. Apply age-appropriate clinical competencies tailored to diverse patient demographics. Adhere to facility policies, infection control protocols, risk management standards, and regulatory compliance. Adapt to clinical workflow updates professionally using established organizational chains of command. Perform other related duties as assigned while maintaining regular and reliable attendance.

Required Qualifications & Certifications Education :

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.

Licensure :

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana required.

Certifications :

Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required (or obtained within 30 days of hire).

Experience :

0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities In-depth understanding of physical therapy practices, therapeutic techniques, and patient safety protocols. Proficiency in patient evaluation, goal setting, therapeutic equipment operation, and electronic documentation/billing systems. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills to manage caseloads efficiently and collaborate across teams. Dedication to clinical ethics, professional standards, and continuous learning.
