We are a fast-growing chiropractic clinic seeking a motivated, friendly, and detail-oriented team member to join our front office and patient care team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and grow in the healthcare field. We provide full training, so no prior experience is required—just a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. ⸻
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/out patients in a welcoming, professional manner Answer phones and schedule appointments Manage daily patient flow in a busy clinical environment Assist with patient consultations and basic clinical support tasks Process payments and manage patient accounts Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Assist with billing and insurance claims processing and follow-up Maintain accurate records using electronic health systems ⸻
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to pass a background check and drug screening ⸻
