Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Patient Services Specialist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. Your expertise in patient care, and medical office procedures will help facilitate smooth clinical operations. You will be responsible for managing patient information with confidentiality and supporting the clinical team with various administrative and technical tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' spine health and overall well-being through dedicated service and clinical support. Experience Prior experience working in a medical office setting or clinic environment is highly preferred Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR/EHR) management systems for accurate documentation of patient information Experience in patient service roles emphasizing direct patient care, maintaining confidentiality, and following clinical confidentiality policies Retail experience or sales background with skills in retail math can be beneficial for product assistance Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while demonstrating excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment Join our team to deliver exceptional patient care through energetic service, technical expertise, and compassionate support.
