Our Member Care Associate is a hybrid role that serves as the first point of contact at our clinics while also managing critical membership operations and communication workflows. This position would also serve as back up to the RN/Medical Assistants in office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience both in person and online. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Interaction Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins with professionalism and compassion. Answer multi-line phone calls, manage voicemails, and route messages appropriately. Manage membership email inbox, answer questions from patients, and follow through to resolution. Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using our Electronic Health Records systems. Ensure accurate patient information is on file and update patient records. Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and ensure smooth daily clinic flow. Membership Enrollment & Onboarding Support enrollment from multiple channels: in-person, phone, email, and employer file feeds. Enter and maintain member data in Hint Health including clinician assignment and status updates. Coordinate with members to help select clinicians, manage clinic/provider preferences, and schedule initial appointments. Member Engagement & Support Assist members via Spruce, email, and phone regarding scheduling, referrals, labs, records, Rx refills, and care navigation. Track and follow up with unengaged or lapsed members to ensure continuity of care and engagement. Support employer-specific onboarding rules and campaign tracking (e.g., physicals within 90 days). Ongoing Membership Management Audit ongoing employer file updates (adds/drops) and ensure records are accurate and timely. Support tracking of affiliate clinic rules, availability, and engagement status via shared tools or spreadsheets. Coordinate administrative workflows between internal teams (scheduling, clinical, billing). Offboarding & Membership Transitions Process member terminations and encourage transitions to retail plans when applicable. Assist with medical record requests, clinician reassignments, and plan clarifications during life transitions. Medical Assisting Prepare patients for exam rooms and or treatments, collect patient history, take vital signs, perform routine lab functions (including blood draws), administer injections, provide wound care, assists in the dispensing of in house pharmacy medications and accurately enters data into our EMR system. Qualifications & Skills 2-4 years of front desk, patient scheduling, or medical office experience preferred, along with Medical Assisting or CNA background. Excellent verbal and written communication; professional phone etiquette. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to create, manage, and share spreadsheets. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in healthcare tech platforms:
