POSITION SUMMARY
Scanning paper charts into Electronic Health Record
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Follow HIPAA and OSHA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and workplace safety. Perform other related duties as needed.
Job Description Skills and Abilities:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in scheduling and billing software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Experience posting and balancing charges and collecting co-pays. Professional demeanor with a patient-centered approach. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is required.

Fast-paced, patient-centered environment with frequent interaction with patients, staff, and providers. Exposure to confidential patient information and standard office equipment. Work schedule will be determined in coordination with management and are subject to change based on business needs and managerial discretion. Monday- Friday 5:00pm-8:30pm
