We are seeking a Medical Office Assistant/ Nutritional Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the medical staff, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, an understanding of patient care, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with patient intake and registration. Greet patients and answer phones in a professional manner. Schedule appointments and maintain patient records. Provide information about medication, procedures, and products to patients. Assist with nutrition counseling and vitamin injectables. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Record patient's body composition results and explain them to patient, take blood pressure, and offer nutritional counseling to aid in reaching patient weight loss goals.

$10.00 - $14.00 per hour
