Responsibilities:

• Detailed medical information Intake.
• Monitor orders.
• Manage patient information in EMR system.
• Manage appointments, Call patients to remind them of their appointments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
• Collaborate with the patient's attorney to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or healthcare provider.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a certified Patient Care Technician program or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience working in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic patient care procedures.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using phone systems.
