Runs errands as needed. Runs between Monroe office and West Monroe office once a day. Goes once a week to grocery store to stock the kitchen. Scans and checks demographics on Patient Interview Forms. Sends out recall letters. Schedules office visits/procedures from task bars as needed. Backs up front desk as needed. Backs up clinic with MAs as needed. Additional Skills Demonstrate strong organizational skills. Manage working in a fast paced environment. Maintain a polite, clear, and positive tone during all client interactions.
