This role coordinates the admissions process, communicates with referral sources and families, and helps ensure smooth resident transitions into the facility. Responsibilities Coordinate admissions from referral through resident arrival Communicate with hospitals, families, and referral sources Collect and verify insurance and admission documentation Complete admission paperwork with residents and families Maintain accurate records and data entry Support timely admissions coordination and follow-up Qualifications Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, healthcare admissions, case management, or healthcare coordination strongly preferred Knowledge of post-acute care, insurance verification, Medicare, or Medicaid preferred Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment CNA experience welcome, but this is primarily an administrative role CompensationBenefits $45,000-$50,000 annually, based on experience Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more
