Job Description

Scheduled Weekly Hours:
0 Assists by providing for general support and comfort needs of patients, families, and visitors; advocates for patients and their families by communicating issues and concerns and seeking resolution through appropriate channels; provides information and/or direction to patients with questions or problems.
Per Diem Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills needed to assist in providing care to patients. Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and adaptability skills, creating a favorable image in relationship to the ED and the hospital as a whole. Must develop and maintain positive relationships across all areas of responsibility. Demonstrate commitment to customer relations and all basic concepts of continuous quality improvement and preventing error from reaching the patient. Provides timely, positive responses to the needs of all customers including patients, families, co-workers, and physicians.

Salary Range:
$19.85-$30.05 Salary Range Details The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value Sturdy Health's benefits package (if applicable), which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement.
