Day shift; Monday

  • Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.
Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Under general supervision of the Team Leader, Rehab Operations, perform a variety of office support, coordination of various patient care processes and other related duties in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures. High school graduate or GED is required. Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated work experience. Duties require knowledge of medical terminology. Proficient keyboarding skills are essential. Computer experience a must. Must possess strong reasoning and critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask throughout the business day. Exceptional customer service skills are required. Over three years of related medical office work experience is required. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the
COVID 19
virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
