Job Description
Responsibilities include: Verifying accurate demographic and insurance information to register and welcome new and existing patients. Collecting co-pays, reconcile payments and assist with scheduling appointments. Providing superior customer service to ensure flow of services and patient satisfaction. This is an on-site position with float between Falmouth and North Falmouth offices. Ideal candidate will have 2 years+ working in an outpatient setting and be familiar with the insurance verification process. Strong communication skills, attention to detail as well as demonstrated computer literacy required. Bi-lingual skills a plus!
