Night Nurse, a leading provider of reliable after-hours healthcare triage services since 1999, seeks passionate, detail-oriented office support personnel to join our Framingham team. Various shifts available. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts are required. In this flexible, part-time role, you'll: Play a vital role in ensuring prompt and accurate care for patients by processing care requests. Leverage your data entry skills to capture patient information accurately. Collaborate with our nationwide network of nurses. Occasionally connect with internal and external medical professionals by phone and text.

About Night Nurse:

For over 25 years, Night Nurse has provided 24/7 triage services, allowing healthcare providers to confidently deliver exceptional care. We partner with hundreds of medical institutions nationwide.

Who We're Looking For:

A team player with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking. MA, LPN, or EMT are encouraged to apply.

The Ideal Candidate:

Lives in or near Framingham, MA, with reliable transportation. Can commit to weekends or weeknights, with some holidays required. Thrives in an in-office environment. Is a fast learner, and looking to build alongside a growing admin team. Can provide three excellent professional references.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
