Job Description
Berkshire Eye Center is seeking a professional medical receptionist to join the team at our Great Barrington location. As a leading eye care provider in the Berkshires, we focus heavily on patient care. This position seeks someone who can handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality while being empathetic, presenting excellent customer service to our patients, and being a positive team player. Our receptionist team does the following daily: Check-in, Check-outs, insurance verification & eligibility, Point of sales, scheduling, and cash handling. We're looking for people that can meet our expectations in the following areas;
• Provide exceptional, and empathetic patient care . Detail oriented . Insurance experience highly preferred . Point of sales system . Data entry . Strong professional communication skills . Medical terminology (preferred) . Strong computer skills Our focus is patient care. We look forward to expanding our team and having you join us!
