Job Description

Our well-established, family-owned dental practice, proudly serving our community for more than 30 years, is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and service-oriented Dental Assistant & Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. Following a recently completed, multi-million-dollar practice build-out in Lawrence, MA, we offer a modern, state-of-the-art environment where exceptional patient care and a positive team culture are at the heart of what we do. We are looking for someone who is personable, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing an outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take pride in helping both our patients and team succeed. a) Dental Assistant
  • Minimum of 1-2 year(s) experience is necessary.
State license and Radiology certification are required. The candidate should be proficient in chair-side assisting for general dentists and preferably all specialties, including orthodontics.
The office is fully digital:
Electronic records, Digital Imaging, Adec equipment, iTero Scanner, NSK electric Handpieces, Intraoral Scanners, 2D/3D CBCT, Intraoral Cameras, etc. are some of the highlights.
Pay:
Excellent benefits and compensation based on qualifications and experience. (b) Patient Coordinator
  • The position is ideally suited to an experienced, dependable, and outgoing individual who possesses the skills and qualities outlined below.
  • Well organized, soft-spoken, and communicates effectively with both patients and staff.
  • Experience in patient scheduling, accounts receivable, insurance processing, monthly reporting, production evaluation, and, most importantly, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Skilled in communicating financial arrangements with dental patients and help them schedule their appropriate treatments.
  • Computer skills are a must, as the office uses electronic records.
