Job Description

Position Summary:
As the Patient Access Representative, you will perform all tasks related to pre-registration and registration of patients in an efficient, accurate and professional manner to ensure that the patient, physician and hospital needs are met.
Education and Experience:
Required:
High School diploma Computer and typing experience Customer service skills
Preferred:
Prior experience working directly with the public in a healthcare patient access environment. Prior knowledge of third-party insurance and medical terminology. English/Spanish bilingual is preferred. Bilingual English-Spanish highly encouraged to apply
