Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Part-Time Chiropractor, where you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care within a busy medical office setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in chiropractic techniques, patient assessment, and evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized treatment plans that address acute pain, occupational health concerns, and overall musculoskeletal health. Duties Conduct thorough patient observations, physical assessments, and examinations to evaluate musculoskeletal conditions and identify underlying issues. Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based interventions. Manage acute pain through targeted pain medicine approaches and manual therapies aimed at restoring mobility and function. Perform physical assessments and utilize medical imaging when necessary to support accurate healthcare diagnosis and treatment strategies. Educate patients on biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention to promote long-term wellness and active lifestyles. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress notes, and care plans using EMR/EHR systems while ensuring compliance with healthcare documentation standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient rehabilitation programs and optimize recovery outcomes. Qualifications Valid chiropractic license with current certification to practice in the respective jurisdiction. Proven experience in musculoskeletal diagnostics, pain management, physical examinations, and client communication. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, medical terminology, and the musculoskeletal system. Skilled in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and physical assessments. Experience with healthcare diagnosis tools including medical imaging techniques is preferred. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective care plans based on evidence-based practice principles. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation; excellent attention to detail in record keeping. Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
