Dental Dreams in New Bedford , MA is now hiring Bilingual Receptionists to join our team. This position will be focused on scheduling appointments, assisting with operational goals, and providing excellent customer service. We are currently hiring for part-time with potential for full time hours in the near future. The ideal candidate will be bilingual - Spanish or Portuguese speaking, with great customer service skills and Afternoon/Saturday availability.

Accurately verify dental benefits Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis Pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
Qualifications:
