In this vital role, the Clinic ian Triage/Intake Coordinator (T/IC): completes initial diagnostic evaluations with clinical formulations and recommendations for treatment per regulatory statutes for all ages and all individuals accessing treatment regardless of insurance works closely with the Administrative Intake Coordinator (AIC) to schedule intake appointments, complete all necessary intake documentation, and facilitate case assignments to clinicians and other providers for ongoing services collects documentation from external providers and incorporates data from prior treatment records and clinical screening tools to complete comprehensive clinical assessments provides short-term individual and/or group therapy ("bridging") for individuals with urgent needs who are awaiting assignment to an ongoing clinician

  • $63,856.00/year Independent Licensure

Required Skills Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently Excellent communication , interpersonal and organizational skills Intermediate-Advanced computer fluency, including Microsoft Office and electronic health record system Required Experience Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling Independent licensure strongly preferred; within 6 months of independent licensure considered Child and Adolescent Needs Assessment (CANS) certified Must meet all requirements leading to an active professional license in the individual's professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc. Emergency Services/Triage experience preferred Riverside Community Care is dedicated to respect, integrity and engagement of all individuals.
