We are looking for a friendly, conscientious, well-spoken individual to take care of the greatest patients in the world. We perform general dentistry, but focus on cosmetics, TMJ, implant dentistry, and sleep apnea. We are not anti-insurance, but we don't run an insurance mill, and we are not PPO providers. We take assignment of benefits, but do not routinely submit for predeterminations. Insurance is a benefit, not a focus. Our fees are paid in advance, so we are looking for someone that values dentistry enough to ask for large sums in advance of treatment. We need the phones answered, the schedule filled, and the money collected. While experience is welcome, we are willing to train the right individual.
