"Plymouth Bay Dental is a premier, multispecialty practice where cutting-edge technology meets patient-centered care. We are looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator to serve as the 'face' of our office. In this dual role, you'll manage our front-office flow while guiding patients through their treatment journeys with confidence. From 3D scanning and printing to advanced implant and cosmetic procedures, we utilize state-of-the-art tech (CBCT, digital scans) to change lives one smile at a time. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Experience:
Welcome patients, answer phones, and make everyone feel comfortable and at ease.
Scheduling:
Manage a complex, multi-provider schedule efficiently.
Treatment Presentation:
Present treatment plans, explain procedures, and discuss financial options with compassion.
Insurance & Billing:
Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and collect patient payments.
Administration:
Maintain patient records, manage daily tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 2 year of experience in a dental front-desk or treatment coordinator role.
Software:
Proficiency in dental software. Will train if not familiar with our software.
Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance verification.

$25-$28/hr based on experience.
