High SchoolResponsibilitiesDaily Focus & Core Responsibilities Direct and oversee patient access procedures, including appointment scheduling, consultations, registration, check-in, and check-out to deliver an outstanding patient care experience.

Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution, addressing concerns with efficiency and care.

Manage administrative staff by providing direct daily supervision, onboarding guidance, professional training, and ongoing operational support.

Oversee inventory management for medical supplies, clinical equipment, and essential facility resources to ensure uninterrupted service. What You Bring to the Table 2-5 years of clinic, office, or hospital operational experience required.

Deep knowledge of medical terminology, clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.
