Empower Pelvic Physical Therapy is growing, and we are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our woman-owned pelvic floor specialty practice. This is not a typical administrative position- it is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' well-being while working in a fun, supportive environment. The Patient Care Coordinator welcomes patients to the practice and plays a vital role in both the patient experience and the smooth operation of the clinic. This position involves interacting professionally with patients and staff, answering phone calls, managing faxes and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment. Knowledge of pelvic floor therapy is a plus; however, we are happy to train the right candidate.
