Registry Specialist The Registry Specialist works with our sales and finance managers to register vehicles and provide exceptional customer service. Registering vehicles in multiple states. Assisting Finance Managers, customers, sales associates, and service department Filing and organizing legal paperwork - titles + co's, registration paperwork Double checking car deals for accuracy - responsible for correcting errors Communication with insurance agencies to verify documents and timelines. Data Entry Other misc. duties required, swaps, courtesy deliveries
