DermPhysicians of New England is Hiring- Full Time Patient Service Representative !
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM Weekly travel between Woburn ans Burlington clinics
- schedule given in advance Monthly travel to Beverly clinic
- advanced notice given Come join our team!
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions Performs opening and closing clinic duties Greets patients, checks in for appointments and verifies insurance Scans documents into electronic health record Maintains tidiness of waiting area and reception counter throughout the day Checks schedules for added, canceled and no-show appointments throughout the day Schedules follow up appointments as needed Responds to designated tasks in the electronic health record Orders clinic office supplies Sells and tracks cosmetic products Distributes mail Prepares for next day scheduled appointmentsQualifications:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities High school diploma or equivalent is required 1+ years of recent medical office experience or in a similar capacity is preferred Proficient in basic computer functions Ability to learn new software quickly Must possess excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills Ability to operate standard office equipment Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm is preferred Must possess attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team Ability to respond positively to constructive feedback and direction from supervisors Must demonstrate professional appearance and manner at all times Must display a friendly, cheerful, tactful, and polite demeanor, and must be compassionate and caring in dealing with others Ability to maintain confidentiality of information #INDJOS For this position, the base pay range is $19- $21 per hour.
